- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- In bowl of stand mixer beat butter till easy. Add in powdered sugar slowly after which milk and proceed mixing till easy.
- Flip oven onto broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unfold marshmallows out in a good layer. Place underneath broiler for about 45 seconds till they’re browned and puffed. Watch carefully as a result of they’ll burn in a short time.
- Instantly scrape the marshmallows in to the butter combination and beat till easy.
