These Bananas Foster Cupcakes are so scrumptious! Smooth brown sugar cupcakes are frosted with bananas foster icing for the last word banana deal with!
Brown Sugar Cupcakes
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup gentle brown sugar
- 2 massive eggs
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Bananas Foster Frosting
- 1/2 cup mashed banana (1 massive banana)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup butter
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp darkish brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp darkish rum (non-compulsory)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Garnish with banana slices and caramel sauce.
Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Beat butter on excessive till gentle, about 30 seconds.
- Add sugar. Beat on medium-high till gentle and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
