Kadi is a yoghurt-based dish loved throughout India. The favored Punjabi kadi with onion pakodas, Sindhi kadi with greens, or a sweeter Gujarati kadi are only a few variations. Check out the normal Bihari-style Kadi Badi with easy elements however excessive on taste.

- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri purple chilli powder
- 1-2 entire dry purple chillies

To start, put together the badis. Take gram flour (besan) in a bowl. Add carrom seeds (awain), salt, purple chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Add in water in batches to make a thick paste of dropping consistency. Beat properly to aerate the batter in order that the badis are delicate and fluffy.
