After weeks of feasting this festive season, detox your physique with the Papaya and Orange Smoothie. This immunity-boosting wholesome drink is full of nutritional vitamins, minerals, and needed vitamins.

  • 1 medium ripe papaya
  • 1 cup recent orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes as required 
  • Honey (non-obligatory)
  • To start, peel the papaya, take away the seeds, and reduce them into chunks.

  • Add them to a blender together with orange juice and lemon juice. Mix till clean. For those who want it sweeter, add honey as per style. If the smoothie is just too thick, you’ll be able to add water now.

  • Fill the serving glasses midway with ice cubes.
