- 1 flax egg (1 tbs floor flaxseed + 2 tbs water)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup agave
- ½ cup soy milk
- ¼ cup vegan butter
- 1 tsp cherry juice (not obligatory, however provides extra taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- Sprint of salt
- 1/3 cup diced/chopped cherries
- 2-3 drops of purple dye – for pink coloration (or you would even use beet juice, in case you are against dyes!)
For icing:
- 1-2 cups confectioners sugar (add kind of for desired consistency)
- 1 tbs water

How you can Put together Very Cherry Doughnuts [Vegan]
- Combine flax seed and heat water in small bowl to create your flax egg- put aside.
- In bowl, combine agave nectar, soy milk, flax egg, butter, cherry juice, and vanilla till properly mixed.
- Slowly add flour, baking powder, and salt to combine, till mixed.
- Grease your donut pan and add batter to molds.
- Bake at 350 F for about 15 min, or extra relying in your oven. They’ll have a “bounce” to them for those who pat them together with your fingers.
- Carried out? Cool when you whip up your icing.
- For icing, whisk sugar sugar, water, and dye.
- Spoon glaze onto donuts and add sprinkles, chocolate chips, sugar… no matter your coronary heart wishes!
